If your home AC unit is leaking, it’s most likely due to a clogged condensate drain line. We can service or repair your AC by dismantling both the indoor and outdoor units to check and clean out any built up dirt and grime.

To ensure your home AC is running efficiently and maintains its manufacturer warranty, we recommend performing monthly maintenance on your AC (especially during the hot summer periods). Regular maintenance usually involves cleaning or replacing the AC filters. For example, you can remove the return air filter on a ducted unit or lift the front of a split system unit, take out the filter and clean it with a hose. It’s important to note that some ducted AC systems will need a licensed technician with the correct tools and knowledge.
